**BROOKLYN** — The NBA Replay Center has expressed its deepest appreciation to Brooklyn Nets forward Mo Wagner for voluntarily submitting additional video evidence that resulted in more serious disciplinary action against Mo Wagner.

During Wednesday night's game against Charlotte, Wagner was called for a foul on Grayson Allen after making contact with him as Naz Reid knocked down a three-pointer.

Convinced the officials had made a terrible mistake, Wagner immediately encouraged Brooklyn's bench to request a review.

The referees examined the footage and agreed.

The original punishment was insufficient.

After reviewing Wagner's helpful submission, officials upgraded the foul to a Flagrant 1, successfully transforming his appeal into a self-administered disciplinary hearing.

In an entirely fictional statement, the Replay Center thanked Wagner for his cooperation and encouraged other players to continue volunteering incriminating footage whenever they feel the initial punishment is too lenient.

The incident highlighted an underappreciated feature of NBA replay: the ability to make a bad situation considerably worse with nothing more than confidence and access to high-definition video.

Wagner had essentially walked into a courtroom, demanded the judge examine security footage, and discovered the prosecution had somehow forgotten to charge him with the more serious offense.

Brooklyn eventually defeated Charlotte 114–104, allowing Wagner to escape with a victory despite personally assisting the referees in building their case against him.

The Replay Center reportedly considers the matter closed but remains available should Wagner wish to appeal the Flagrant 1 into a possible Flagrant 2.

For now, NBA players have been reminded that the replay system exists to correct mistakes, not necessarily in their favor.
